Products once delivered cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Wrong product ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Delayed delivery
  • Color variation
  • Non-damaged products

✔️ Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged Package)

We offer replacement only, not refund, and only in case of:

1. Damaged Product Upon Delivery

To qualify for replacement:

  • You MUST record a full unboxing video starting from:
    • Showing the sealed package
    • Opening the package
    • Showing the damaged product
  • Video must be clear, unedited, and continuous.
  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Without a proper unboxing video, no replacement will be provided.

2. Replacement Conditions

Replacement will be approved only if:

  • Product damage is visible in the unboxing video
  • Package is opened in front of camera
  • Damage is not caused after delivery
  • Request is made within the allowed time

3. Items Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Missing unboxing video
  • No proof of damage
  • Claims made after 24 hours

4. How to Request Replacement

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video
  • Photos of damaged product
  • Reason for replacement

5. Replacement Timeline

After approval:

Replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
