Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
- If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests made after the processing period will not be accepted.
Prepaid Order Cancellation
- If cancelled within the allowed time, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- No refund is available once the product is shipped.
COD Order Cancellation
- COD orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Multiple cancellations may lead to order blocking for future purchases.
Order Cancellation by Akshaliya
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
- Unavailability of stock
- Invalid or incomplete address
- Payment issues
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
If cancelled from our side, you will receive a full refund (for prepaid orders).
